Programme
Welcome Remarks from Project Coordinators
The event will start with welcome remarks from Dr Mauro Dell’Amico, Professor of Operations Research at the University of Modena and Reggio-Emilia (UNIMORE) and Coordinator of the KEYSTONE project, and Dr Beatriz Martínez Pastor, Assistant Professor at University College Dublin (UCD) and Coordinator of SETO, followed by an overview of the EU-funded initiatives.
Keynote Session
Participants will hear expert insights from the keynote speakers on how digitalisation, innovation and compliance are shaping the future of Europe’s transport and logistics sector.
Panel I: Enabling Operators and Enforcement Authorities to Work Seamlessly Together
The first panel will explore how operators and enforcement authorities can collaborate more effectively in a digitalised freight ecosystem. Building on KEYSTONE insights, the speakers will present API standards, the KEYSTONE Web App and its interfaces. From the SETO perspective, self-weighing vehicles will be showcased alongside the SETO platform.
Panel II: What Works, What Doesn’t – Lessons from the Pilots
The second panel will present lessons learned from real-world pilots carried out within KEYSTONE and SETO. Together, the speakers will highlight key challenges and barriers, and provide practical insights into bridging the gap between pilot testing and real-world deployment.
